River
or Dam water
Most
people don't know what they are drinking when they turn on their
tap.
The water
could be coming from their local river, dam or
What most
people are not aware of is that the water coming from our river, dam or
bore could in fact be creating the very health problems that we suffer
from and are constantly trying to battle.
Scrutinising
the contents of our river, dam or bore water can reveal a deadly cocktail
of poisons and substances in minute traces that destroy healthy body cells
or collect in the body and cause harm from long term consumption.
A
constant supply of river, dam or bore water is now considered to
slowly over a lifetime create disease and a shorter life. It is from the
water containing inorganic minerals, rust particles, bacteria and viruses.
Rust
particles and
sediment often are collected by water passing through pipes over long
and short distances. These small rust and sediment particles collect in
the body if not removed causing arthritis and also harden the arteries
giving poor circulation. River, dam or bore water is known to contain
a lot of sediment.
The
amount of rust and sediment particles in tap water may not be easily
seen by the naked eye but can still be lurking in your drinking water.
Simply get a TDS water test to see what dissolved solids such as minerals,
dirt and rust your water contains.
Inorganic
Minerals
is a new term to many people. Most people think that our water is the
supplier of important minerals. BIG MISTAKE!
All water
that
has run over, through or is stored in land will pick up inorganic minerals.
Mineral spring water is a classic example of this. Inorganic minerals
are poisonous to the human body.
Organic
minerals
come from plants that are supplied inorganic minerals from the water in
the soil. Water in or on the land is nature's way of providing the essential
minerals to plants not humans. Humans then obtain water and organic minerals
by eating the fruit. The plant grows best when it is grown in soil rich
in minerals - inorganic minerals.
An important
supply of organic minerals, will ensure the proper function of all vitamin
and enzyme processes because nothing will occur without these in the body.
Our source of organic minerals is from the plants and proper eating habits
will ensure the correct amount and type of minerals are going in to your
body each day. Our body is best off not receiving any inorganic minerals
at all because of the long term build up in our veins, arteries, joints
and stomach lining.
Let hard
water be for your plants and they will love you for it and you will love
them for the way they grow. Carbon filters do not remove much minerals
out of the water and is a poor substitute for the ultimate water treatment
- distillation.
Water is
considered hard when it contains more inorganic minerals than other waters
considered soft because of low inorganic mineral content. These hard waters
are the most deadliest over long periods of time.
Inorganic
minerals combine
with cholesterol in the body to clog up our arteries just like our pipes
in our house clog up with mineral deposits. The result is poor circulation
and low absorption of vital and essential nutrients.
All nutrients
that the human body requires to function properly must be wetted by water
first to be absorbed. If the water quality is hard then their is little
absorption of the nutrients in the body directly into the body cells to
perform the necessary functions.
Bacterial
and viral
contamination in river, dam or bore water cannot be guaranteed even with
the use of chlorination. Many outbreaks in local water sources throughout
Australia have given much scare to people and the safety of drinking water.
Many buy and use filters thinking they are enough for their water purifying
needs.
No filter
is small
enough to remove all bacteria or any viruses. They are large enough to
catch some sediment, chlorine, some detergents and pesticides only to
have the bacteria and viruses then attach themselves and breed. This wonderful
environment for bacteria and viruses will contaminate the water as it
passes through.
Today
we have used up all the nutrients such as inorganic minerals from the
soil so that we have unhealthy soil. Unhealthy soil gives us unhealthy
produce. To overcome this we spray fertilisers to increase the soil's
content and health. We also must spray pesticides to take care of the
unhealthy plants. When the soil is unhealthy and the plants becomes unhealthy,
the natural immune system of the plant's against pests cannot defend itself
so we must use chemicals to do this job.
The use
of pesticides
everyday and in most farming districts has given us a contamination that
is so widespread that we cannot avoid it anymore. Some pesticides that
evaporate come back down with rain and also contaminate the land.
The nature
of water is to go through the land down to the water table. When the water
is contaminated with pesticides, it takes these contaminants and very
soon the water table contains them.
The water
table
is often used for people's bore water. The sad fact is that when people
test for the water's safety, they do not test for pesticides.
Chemicals
are not always able to be detected with taste or smell. It is a warning
to anyone drinking from rivers, dams, bores or other water catchments
to have your water tested for everything. You need to know what it contains
and make your own decisions based upon your own research as to whether
the water is fit for human consumption.
Most old
people are dehydrated and literally dry up due to insufficient water.
Their hands and skin dries up looking parched, withered, dry and old.
Skin is a very good indication of body hydration.
When your
lips are cracked and dry your body might just be dehydrated from lack
of drinking water or from drinking water which the body cannot absorb
and utilise.
A constant
supply
of pure, clean water is what creates a healthy environment for the body
to be able to live longer. Nearly all bodily processes require water to
occur. Water is the environment which life exists within a human body.
